Shipping Policy
At Lavayette, we ship your order the same day if you order before 11:59 PM. This way, you'll have your new purchase at home the next day. We carefully choose between PostNL and DHL for the best delivery. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page shows an indication of the delivery time. Should we fail to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are: €4.95 for orders under €40 Free for orders from €40
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
Return Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Follow the steps below to successfully return your order/product:
- Email info@lavayette.nl to register your return package.
- Pack the items you are returning.
- Print your return label. If you have not received this yet, we will send it to you shortly.
- Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove previous shipping labels.
- Give the package to the carrier mentioned on the label.
Track your return shipment via your tracking number to make sure we have received it.
Once the return shipment is back with us, we check the product for any damage/missing parts/original packaging.
If everything is in order, you will receive your purchase amount and any shipping costs from your order back within 8 days. If the return shipment is incomplete, has signs of use/damage and/or is no longer in its original packaging, you will receive up to 75% of the original purchase price back. We will then contact you about the refund.
